i stayed in a beautiful room. it was beautifully maintained. helpful staff welcomed me with a complimentary drink. the restaurant offered tasty and reasonably priced meals.
The lighting was poor in the bathroom. There was no makeup mirror. the hairdryer's filter was broken, trapping my hair. the bed felt lumpy, not great.

The hotel's tea and coffee were quality items. ALL staff were friendly and helpful!!! A green initiative gave a bar voucher for opting out of room cleaning. It's a GREAT idea!!!

i stayed in the beautiful room and it was gorgeous! the room was very clean and quite spacious. the rainfall shower was AMAZING!!! the building itself is also very beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere.
i found that parking overnight had an additional charge.

breakfast had a good range of choices, including both cooked options and a continental selection, so it was easy to find something nice. the dinner menu looked thoughtful with many choices. i had a really nice time.

the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. they were very attentive to my needs during the whole stay and i really was like my comfort was important. overall a super friendly team.

the lobby includes a divine space with a real fire and comfy easy chairs plus soft lighting. the bar area is fine with beautiful seating areas. the hotel really felt special, thanks to the team.

the room had some cobwebs in the corners. our room was near a building entrance door. it was quite noisy. i have stayed before and did not have this problem when located elsewhere.

The room size is massive, allowing easy movement. I found ample storage provided alongside amenities like champagne glasses. The included monsoon shower was a highlight for me. I found the staff attentive.
